This
is to certify that on Monday the Eighteenth day of April instant in pursuance of
due notice read in time of Morning Service on each of the two Sundays
immediately proceeding there assembled in Trinity Church Ashland New York a
member of persons duly qualified as voters in such matters for the purpose of
receiving according to law the corporation of said Trinity Church which had
become dissolved by _____ having
failed to elect officers within the time required by law,
that the said Assembly be due majority of voices made the acts and
resolutions here following viz:
they called the Rev. Edward N.
Goddard to preside in the Meeting and make record and return of it. They elected
Senior Warden Mr. Curtis Prout, they elected for Junior Warden Mr. Austin Smith
the resolved that the members of the Vestrymen shall be Eight.
They elected the following names persons to be vestrymen John G. Murphy,
Solomon T. Christian, Homer Holcomb, Newell C. Snow, Lucius S. Graham, Addison
Steele, Nathaniel H. Merwin, J. Palmer Schultz, they Resolved that the name of
the Parish Shall be Trinity Church Windham. They ordered that the
Annul Election of Wardens and Vestrymen shall be held on the Monday in
Easter week

Whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this eighteenth day of
